I received my order and it’s not correct! What do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please reach out via email within 10 days of receiving your order, if you notice a mistake. Shoc Joc will cover all additional shipping costs. Once the incorrect product is received back to us, we will send you the correct merchandise or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Where do you ship from?


Which ship domestically if you're located within United States or Canada. International orders (outside USA or Canada) will be shipped from Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Worldwide shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout, before payment is processed.
Customers are responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and brokerage fees necessary for customs clearance. These fees will be charged by the customer’s postal service and will be due prior to final delivery of their package(s).

What is your return policy?

If your product is unopened in its original packaging you can return your order or part of your order to the following address. Please include a printout of the confirmation email that you received after placing the order so we know who to send the refund to.
